Art Requirements
Artwork Requirements
We prefer to receive art in an Adobe Illustrator .eps file. Artwork must be vector, and have all text converted to outlines, curves or paths, at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi in either CMYK or RGB, with PMS colors specified. We accept electronic art in .eps or .pdf files. Keep in mind that artwork with high color saturations will print with better quality. Art with halftones, screens, fades or blends subject to factory review and approval. Label artwork must include a 1/16 bleed.
Submission
We can accept your artwork either via email or CD. A faxed copy of the art is needed for reference and accuracy.
Proofs
One .pdf proof is provided at no charge. Production time begins after receipt of written proof approval.
Standard Imprint
Standard imprint is a 1-color, 1-location pad print, screen print, label or hang tag, depending on the product. Please see product descriptions for standard imprint method.

Set up charges include film/screen/plate and pms match.

Free Color Matching
There is no additional charge to print your artwork in a specific PMS color.
Additional Colors
Additional colors can be printed in pad printing and labels. Please contact factory for additional set up and running charges.
Additional Imprint Methods
We offer multi-color pad printing, screen printing and labels. Additional set-up and running charges apply for these imprint methods. Blanks are available.
Additional Locations
Available on certain products. Contact factory for pricing.
Errors
We cannot be responsible for errors resulting from mistakes in artwork or copy supplied by the customer, or for errors in approved proofs.
